Analysis and Reporting

Our software is capable of 16 individual client related reports. In most cases, reports 1 - 7 are issued with reports 8 - 16 being available on request. Copies of the reports are produced as a printed document and posted to you or E-mailed in PDF format.

We also produce an explanation report which is attached to the reports, explaining the major issues we have found, allowing the reports to more easily identify areas of interest and take any necessary corrective and preventive action.

Standard Reports (1 - 7) - all you need to control your fleet

1. Driver Infringement Summary quantifies each driver's exposure to possible legal consequence.

2. Driver Time Utilisation Report shows how effectively time has been used on a comparative and overall basis.

3. The Vehicle Use Summary shows utilisation of all vehicles on a comparative basis and lists missing charts.

4. The Short Tachograph Charts Register indicating who drove which vehicle and when.

5. Driver Weekly Infringement Reports precisely reflect the information found in tachograph charts or digital records.

6. Infringement abstracts from reports 5 above are presented as formal letters from the Transport Manager.

7. Working Time Directive based on 17 or 26 working weeks (relies on all charts or records being submitted for drivers activities including holidays)

Additional Reports (8 - 16) - may be requested at extra cost

8. The Infringement History Report display the most recent 20 Infringement Summaries.

9. Vehicle Use Report tracks vehicle use over the analysis period for unrecorded kms, drive hours, etc.

10. Away From Base Report is designed to assist management to validate claims for overnight subsistence allowances.

11. The Extended Tachograph Charts Register indicates who drove which vehicle when, plus locations. This replaces report 4.

12. The Excess Speed Report lists drivers whose speeds exceeded any Company standards laid down for individual vehicles.

13. The Drivers Work Log is issued to assist managers to compare driver timesheet hours with tachograph duty hours.

14. Modes Trace Analysis report diagnoses mode changes to reveal work patterns. Optionally deals with Rest Breaks only.

15. Tachograph head malfunctions.

16. Driving Economy by Driver.

If these reports are supplied in electronic format, the overall price per record is reduced, whether digital or analogue, or a mixture of the two. This is due to our reduced cost to print and post the reports.
