Tachotech Road Haulage Services specialise in analysis of tachographs and production of reports required by the modern transport and haulage company, on all types of tachograph analysis, including latest digital records as well as paper charts.

Based in the North West of England, we offer a flexible service to transport managers, small, medium and large fleets who require the latest reporting on all common driving rules, infringements and Working Time Directive legislation.
Tradition "Paper" type charts - Analysis begins with simply posting the charts to us. When analysis is complete (usually within the week) the charts, printed reports and driver letters are returned by first class post, recorded delivery for your peace of mind.
Alternative the reports can be supplied in Adobe PDF format, emailed directly to you, saving postage time and storage of paper copies. It also supports our sustainability policy, using less natural resources and creating less emissions from laser printing and photocopiers!
Digital data files - Simply supply your data from the drivers cards or vehicle units to us, the simplest method is via email directly to us. We then extract this data and import it into our software which handles all the conversion and reporting on the new type of digital media. The results can be emailed or a hard copy supplied for your records.
Should you have a mixture of digital and paper chart media - as most soon will, we can deal with both types of records and merge the results to help make the transition to digital as painless as possible.
We supply extensive reports of infringements, together with driver letters and an helpful summary letter explaining potential problems to Transport Managers.

Software Used - Our analysis uses the latest Rollforward tachograph software which is compliant with digital tachograph records and traditional paper charts , ensuring all legal requirements are addressed regarding EEC driving and tachograph rules. It also offers the flexibility of reporting that our customers demand.
